What is it about gay guys?
I would say about 95% of gay guys are not interested in a relationship. They're perfectly happy with casual, random sex. Check out the ads on Craigslist, Manhunt etc. Most don't say they're looking for twilight walks hand in hand on a beach, intelligent conversation and bubbling personalities. They want sex: Fuck me, suck me, pull my hair, nasty, filthy, throw-down sex.
Guys are turned on by erotica: pictures, movies and the like. It's what keeps porn shops and online porn sites thriving. Guys like to see and do.
Women? They read romance novels, watch Lifetime TV..live in a fantasy world where they're Knight in Shining Armour sweeps them off their feet, and has meaningful conversation with them - really listens -and carries them into a bedroom, places them gently on a bed of sweetly perfumed fresh red rose petals and engages in an hours-long marathon of holding, caressing, foreplay and kissing that doesn't necessarily have to end in sex.
But there should be some middle ground because gay guys already have a reputation as whores, sex fiends,and disease ridden pariahs. Now that same sex marriage is becoming legal, I don't think you're going to see a huge increase in same sex marriages...because nobody wants to give up a good thing..and that's casual, no strings sex. Jumping from bed to bed is now the norm.
I have to say, I would love to have a regular thing with another guy..and I've tried putting ads online for such a relationship, but that ad..gets almost no responses. But, put an ad up that says "come fuck me"? You're deluged with emails.
Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place.
